Congratulations Jasmin and Jessi

It's amazing how fortunate I am to get to work with the most amazingly genuine and beautiful people. One of my favorite things about working in the wedding industry, is not only meeting new people, but making life long friends. To be a part of something so special and sacred, is such an honor to me. Jasmine and her family were so welcoming and immediately made me feel like part of the family. She made the perfect bride. She requested a nice sultry eye with soft nude cheek and lip. She wore a elegant down do, with a little of her hair slightly pulled back enough to hold her veil in place. Her and her wedding party looked amazing. Her colors aqua and black, were both elegant and playful and played up the all white chapel very nicely. Photographer Jose with Picture This Hawaii did an outstanding job making everyone laugh and capturing the entire day on camera. It was a pleasure working with Jasmine and her family. I wish the best of luck and send many blessings to the new Jasmine and Jessi Dela Cruz.

"For we walk by FAITH, not by sight" 2 Corinthians 5:7

Sometimes we don't understand him, but theres always a reason behind his every move. Did you know God planned our entire lifes before we were even born? We are all custom made down to the tinyest detail, and created by the most intricate creator of all time. Sometimes we dont understand why certain things happen certain ways in our lifes, but have peace in knowing it's all a part of "his" plan. You just have to have faith.

I had been let go from my previous job at Neiman Marcus Shu Uemura counter for about three months now. A few of my co-workers and I just so happend to be victoms of a failing economy. I'll never forget the day that my faith would so boldly tested.
I wasn't quite sure what direction I was heading or what I was supposed to do with myself. I was in a very safe and secure zone for the past three years. I found myself lost and confused. I had just had a baby and had my own place. I doubted my ability to provide for myself and my three month old daughter.

With the help of my small group ohana, and my faith is Jesus Christ, I found my purpose. I feel so fortunate to do somthing I love and feel so passionate about. I made the decision to start my business and dedicate it to faith. With that, Faith & Beauty On-site Hair and Makeup Services was born!

I hope to be as real and open as possible, and to learn and grow together with you all. Since I started Faith & Beauty, I have been so blessed with so many new friends and opportunities. I'll be updating my blog's weekly so please follow me on my journey to succeed in the beauty industry here in Hawaii. Merry Christmas to you all, and be blessed!
